About the Role

Shape the Future of Downtown

Main Street Grants Pass is a community-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating a vibrant, economically strong downtown. As our first Executive Director, you'll set the strategic direction across the four pillars of the Main Street Approach: Economic Vitality, Design, Promotion, and Organization.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with experience in nonprofit management, economic development, or community engagement — someone who can build partnerships, lead programming, and serve as the public face of downtown Grants Pass.

Economic Strategy

Drive business recruitment, retention, and growth initiatives for the downtown district.

Community Leadership

Build coalitions with merchants, city leadership, and community stakeholders.

Events & Programming

Plan and execute signature events that bring people downtown and boost local commerce.
